Who can use MEKONIC STUDIO

You must be 18 or over to create an account and use this service.

Your prompts and uploads

You are responsible for the prompts you write and for the results they produce. If you upload an image, you confirm you own it or otherwise have the right to use it.

Content you may not create

• Sexual content involving minors.
• Sexually explicit content depicting real people.
• Deceptive deepfakes of real people.
• Content that incites or promotes violence.
• Misleading videos of real people made with Motion Control. You may only use a character image and a motion video that you have the right to use, and never place a real person's face or body into a video without their consent.
• Voices used to impersonate a real person or to deceive anyone. We do not offer voice cloning, and the voices provided may not be presented as a real person speaking.
• Characters made from celebrities, public figures or any other real person without their written consent. We may remove characters that break this rule.

Every prompt is screened automatically before any credits are spent, and prompts that fall into these categories are rejected at no charge.

Free credits

Free credits are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and we may withhold or remove them if we detect abuse or duplicate accounts.

Misuse

We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service, including repeated attempts to generate banned content.

Using your results

You may use the images and videos you generate commercially, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers whose models produced them.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Models are supplied by third parties and results, availability and quality can change at any time.
