Purchased credits

Credits are a digital product delivered to your account immediately. Once bought, they are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits never expire, whether they came with a plan or a one-time pack.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits it cost are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask. A rejected prompt is never charged at all.

If your balance looks wrong after a failed job, contact us with the date and the prompt and we'll check it.
