What we store

• Your email address and account sign-in details.
• Your credit balance and a record of credits added, spent and refunded.
• The prompts and settings you submit, and any files you upload (images, video or audio).
• The images and videos generated for you, kept in private storage only you can open.
• Any report you send us about a result.

Third-party AI providers

To create a result, your prompt, your chosen settings and any file you upload (image, video or audio) are sent to the AI provider behind the model you picked. Prompts and uploaded images are also screened by an automated content check before a job is submitted. These providers process that content under their own terms and privacy policies.

Uploaded files

Files you upload are kept in private storage for 30 days and are then deleted automatically, along with their record. You can remove an upload yourself at any time. While a file is stored, only you can open it, and it is shared with an AI provider only when you use it to create a result.

Payments

Credit purchases are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us; we only keep the amount of credits bought and the payment reference.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account data while your account exists, and records of payments for as long as the law requires. Email us to have your account and generated files deleted.
